Board SecretaryAdriana Laureano
Adriana brings a unique combination of academic experience, aviation training, and community involvement to The Mother Goose Pilot Association. A graduate of UCLA with a degree in Sociology, she has developed a strong understanding of people, communities, and the relationships that bring them together—perspectives that naturally align with Mother Goose’s mission.
After completing her education, Adriana pursued her passion for aviation through ATP Flight School, earning her qualifications as a Certified Flight Instructor. Her experience in flight training has given her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities that come with pursuing a career in aviation, as well as the importance of having a supportive network along the way.
Beyond her own aviation career, Adriana has become a strong presence within other aviation communities, including the Latino Professionals in Aerospace , where she actively contributes to the broader aviation network and helps foster connections among fellow aviators. Her involvement across multiple aviation communities allows her to bring new perspectives, relationships, and opportunities to Mother Goose.
As Board Secretary, Adriana helps keep the organization organized and connected, supporting board operations, communications, and the coordination of initiatives that move Mother Goose’s mission forward. She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where aviators can meet, build relationships, share experiences, and find opportunities to give back.
Adriana believes that a strong aviation community is built when people are willing to connect beyond the cockpit, support one another, and create opportunities for others to succeed. Through Mother Goose, she hopes to help strengthen those connections while encouraging aviators to use their community to make a positive impact.
