Tori Tashiro

Executive Director-Founder

Tori Tashiro began her aviation career as a flight attendant, where she discovered a passion for the aviation community and the people who make it special. Inspired to take her career to the next level, she pursued her dream of becoming a pilot and completed her flight training through ATP Flight School.

After earning her qualifications, Tori returned to ATP as a lead flight instructor, where she helped train and mentor the next generation of aviators. She later joined SkyWest Airlines as a professional airline pilot, continuing to grow her career in aviation.

Throughout her journey, Tori has always valued the connections formed within the aviation community. She created The Mother Goose Pilot Association to bring aviators together not only through social gatherings and networking, but also through meaningful community service outreach opportunities.

Tori believes that aviation is about more than flying—it’s about the people, relationships, and communities we have the opportunity to impact along the way. Through Mother Goose, she hopes to create a community where aviators can connect, give back, and make a positive difference together.

Tori then and now. From flight attendant to flight deck, she has always been one to pursue her dreams. Now, she has her eyes set towards helping others do the same.
